See Your Delivery Date Before You Order
On eligible products, you will now see a live delivery estimate based on your postcode. For example:
Order in the next 2 hours, 27 minutes and it will be with you by Friday 18th.
The countdown is linked to the real order cut-off for that product rather than a generic timer. Once you enter your postcode, it is remembered as you continue browsing, so other products can show the delivery estimate for your area too.
Why Does the Delivery Date Change Between Products?
Not every part leaves from the same place or follows the same dispatch schedule. Some products are held in our own stock, while others may be supplied directly by one of our suppliers. That means two similar parts can occasionally have different delivery dates.
Instead of showing one generic estimate across the site, the delivery date is calculated for the actual product you are looking at.
What Happens If I Live Outside Mainland UK?
Delivery times and charges can vary for Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight and other remote areas. Enter your postcode and the site will show the delivery option that applies to your location.
Where a delivery surcharge applies, you can see it before checkout rather than finding out at the last step. For products that cannot be shipped to a particular area, we will show that clearly instead of displaying a delivery date that cannot be met.
Can I See the Delivery Estimate While Searching for Parts?
Yes. Delivery information can also appear directly in registration lookup and search results, including both body panels and mechanical parts. That means you can compare suitable parts and their expected delivery dates before opening each individual product page.
What If My Order Contains Parts With Different Delivery Dates?
If products in your basket need to arrive separately, the cart will explain that before you check out. For example, you may see:
Arriving in two deliveries: by Thursday and by Friday.
This is particularly useful when one item is available from stock and another follows a different dispatch schedule — instead of one vague estimate, you can see what to expect from each delivery.
Will the Date Change When I Reach Checkout?
The delivery date and available delivery options at checkout are calculated using the same system as the estimate shown while you shop — so what you see on the product page, in your basket and at checkout is based on the same delivery rules.

What Happens If a Product Is Out of Stock?
If an item is sold out, we will not show a delivery promise for it. This avoids displaying a countdown or arrival date for a product that cannot currently be ordered.
Why Have We Introduced This?
Ordering the right car part is only half the job. Knowing when it should arrive can matter just as much, particularly when a repair is waiting. Our new delivery system is designed to give you that information earlier in the buying process — check the expected arrival date while looking at the part itself, not after you've already committed to buying it.

Does the countdown mean my order is guaranteed to arrive on that date?
The countdown shows the current delivery estimate based on the product, postcode and dispatch cut-off. Unexpected courier or transport delays can still happen after dispatch.
Will I see delivery charges before checkout?
Yes. Where a delivery charge applies to your postcode or chosen service, the available option and price can be shown before you complete the order.
Why do two parts sometimes show different delivery dates?
Products can follow different dispatch schedules depending on where they are stocked or supplied from. The estimate is calculated for each product rather than applying one date to everything on the site.
Do I need to enter my postcode every time I view another part?
No. Once entered, your postcode is remembered while you continue browsing so delivery information can be shown for other products too.
