Our 60-day returns guarantee
We offer 60-day returns on our products. If you change your mind, you can return a part within 60 days of receiving it and we will refund it.
This is a voluntary guarantee we offer on top of your legal rights, and it is more generous than the law requires. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
How to return something
Please complete the form below to request an RMA number. We will confirm the return address and give you a returns reference before you send anything back.
Parts we cannot accept back
Some parts cannot be returned once they have been worked on:
- Prepped or painted parts are non-returnable. Because of this, we strongly recommend you dry-fit all parts and check they are correct for the vehicle before preparing or painting them.
- For safety reasons, parts must be returned free of contamination such as fuel, oil, grease or coolant. Contaminated parts may be subject to a handling charge unless agreed with us in advance.
Full details are in our Terms & Conditions. These conditions do not apply where a part is faulty, damaged, or not as described — see your legal rights below.
Your legal rights as a consumer
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you have rights that apply in addition to our guarantee above, and which we cannot reduce.
The right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need the original packaging to exercise this right. We may reduce your refund to reflect any genuine loss in value caused by handling beyond what would be normal in a shop.
Where you cancel under this right, your refund includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you providing proof of postage, whichever is sooner.
Faulty or misdescribed parts
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not:
- within 30 days of delivery you can reject them and get a full refund;
- after 30 days you can ask us to repair or replace them, and if that is unsuccessful or not possible, you can claim a price reduction or a refund.
Where a part is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we pay the return postage. For change-of-mind returns, you pay it.
Business and trade customers
If you are buying in the course of a business, the consumer rights set out above do not apply to your purchase, and our Terms & Conditions govern returns. Please contact us before returning anything so we can agree it in advance.
