UK mainland — free delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders going to UK mainland addresses. Most of our products qualify for free next working day delivery. You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout, where the available options and expected arrival date for your order are shown before you pay.

How long it takes

Most UK mainland orders arrive the next working day. Some parts, and deliveries to remote or non-mainland areas, take longer — typically two to three working days.

We will deliver your order within 30 days at the latest. If for any reason we cannot, we will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isles of Scilly is available on many parts for an additional charge. Any charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so you will always see the cost before committing to your order.

Some larger or heavier parts cannot be sent to these areas. Where that is the case, no delivery option will appear at checkout — please contact us and we will do our best to arrange an alternative.

Collection

If you would prefer to collect your order from us, choose the collection option at checkout.

If your delivery is late or does not arrive

Contact us at sales@tradevehicleparts.co.uk or on 0116 319 6543 with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.

Your parcel remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If a delivery date was essential and we missed it, or if we miss an agreed later date, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your parts on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, tell us on the same day so we can put it right quickly. See our Terms & Conditions for full details, and our Returns page if you need to send something back.
