UK mainland delivery is charged by order value: £2.99 under £30, £3.99 from £30, £4.99 from £75 and £6.99 from £150. Most of our products qualify for next day delivery. You can choose your delivery method at checkout.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly can cost more, and some large items can't be sent there. The price is shown at checkout. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or outside the UK.
Delivery is free for trade customers with a Business account. You can also collect free of charge from our Melton Mowbray warehouse.
You can return any part within 60 days. Please contact us first via our live chat or on 0116 319 6543 and we'll give you the return address.
The part must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging. The buyer pays return postage (returns are free for trade customers). We refund once the part is back with us and checked.
Our parts are brand-new, good-quality aftermarket parts made to match the original. They are not genuine manufacturer parts. Body panels such as bumpers come primed, ready to paint.

How can I check if an item is in stock?If the item is out of stock, you won't be able to place the item in a basket or pay for it.
Can I place an order over the phone?Yes, you can. Call us on 0116 319 6543, our customer happiness team is available to take your order from 8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.
We use different couriers depending on the size of the item and the delivery option you choose. Our main couriers are Evri, DX, FedEx and Parcelforce, and our own van delivers locally.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?Many parcels don't need a signature. If one does, anyone at the delivery address can sign for it.
Do you offer international deliveries?We do not ship goods outside of the UK at the moment.
Do I get free delivery?Delivery is free for trade customers with a Business account. For other orders the delivery charge depends on the order value and is shown at checkout.
Can I collect my order?Yes. Most parts can be collected free of charge from our Melton Mowbray warehouse, Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm. Please contact us before you come so we can have your order ready. Parts sent direct from our suppliers can't be collected.

Apart from credit or debit card payments, do you offer other alternatives?Yes. You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and other options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.

Ordered a rear spoiler for my golf gti mk7. It fitted perfectly and the quality was good too. I didn't use the tape suplied as it didn't seem strong enough I had it fitted professionally as instructed. The order only took a couple of days to come. The outer packaging was ripped and damaged but I think it that was the courier however the spoiler was also rapped in foam and bubble wrap so no damage done. I would definitely use this company again.
